LA BERNARDINA

A unique residential development located in the prestigious neighborhood of San Bernardino, Paraguay. 

The project embraces an indoor-outdoor experience, while at the same time protecting the user from the predominantly hot and sunny climate. The 16 industrial style buildings contain 4 units each, creating a 64-unit housing development. The complex is designed without gates, and allows for the ability to join the gardens of 2 housing units in order to create a co-habitative environment for multiple families to share.

The development is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2023.
